I Sourabh Mandal had booked a ticket through travolook with ref no REF472519004 on dt 28 May 2021. Later a call recd from travolook customer agent and said your ticket have been cancelled due some technical reason and assured me you will refund between 10 to 15 working days. But till now no refund credit.
Therefore I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action pl.
