I have book ticket of GO FIRST GB 758 on 16th Sept 2021 but flight was cancelled and other ticket of Air India AI 889 also booked on same date and payment was made but ticket was not produce. I contract immediately they said that refund amount will credited with in 5 days. The reference of ticket of TRAVOLOOK are 1. REF396123504 AND 2. REF768259306.
After that I have several time contracts but I listen same reply that the amount will refund with in 3 to 5 days but till date the amount has not returned. Kindly help to get amount return back please. Total amount of ticket is Rs. 7254
