dear sir,
my issue last 1 month before i have done recharge
But some technical issue so recharge not done get sms
This issue create last 1 month to face problem not resolve
I am visit airtel store last 15 days to continue your executive mail send complain raise but still amount not refund
Customer face problem in summer every 2 days after visit your executive mail top up but Airtel team not support not singal revert and backed team call but call not receive
Customer face every time but your company not response
I am already mail send 121 appellate not a single revert
