As per above mentioned subject I had requested for new connection on 28-08-2022 for installation at below mentioned address:
Block G Flat number 403 Swagat flamingo sargasan Gandhinagar Gujarat
And I paid for said connection of ₹ 2287/- by credit card on same day but the connection was not installed ,due to society rule of no separate dish connection are allowed .
And I contacted for refund of said amount on 29-08-2022 at least 3-4 times at customer care number 95017-95017 but the customer executive are not willing to entertain my request and when I said to talk to higher executive they mis communicate me about the executive was busy he will contact me in 15-20 minutes in all the conversations but not a single call was came from their side . again I call the customer care on 17/09/2022 but they assure me about their head will call me in within one hour but again no call from their end .
So I want you to look into matter .
