I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET ON 27/05/2022. THEIR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED FROM THEIR END AND THEY PROMISE TO ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF 77.60 OMR BUT AFTER SEVERAL TIMES REQUESTS THEY RETURN ONLY 10% AMOUNT. AND THEY ARE PROMISING ONLY TO PAY THE BALANCE AMOUNT BUT NOT TAKE ACTION,I AM TORTURED MENTALLY AND ECONOMICALLY. I HAVE TO GO HOME URGENTLY AND JOIN FAMILY. THEY ARE HARASSING ME UPTO AT LEAST TWO MONTHS. MY PNR NO. IS HB264Z.
