ON BOOKING A TICKET FROM KOLKATA TO BANGALORE ON 9 TH AUG WITH REFFERENCE NO – REF160519496 FOR TRAVELLING 11 TH AUG.ON SITE OF TRAVOLOOK . BUT SOME REASON THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING AND SAYS YOUR MONEY WILL REFUND WITH IN 10 TO 15 WORKING DAYS .BUT TODAY IS STILL 25 DAYS THEY NOT RESPONSE ANY CALL FROM ME .AND NOT REFUND.
