Refund not done alredy 16 days gone I am talking a new jio fiber connection on dated 10-apr-2023 that time I am paided 4249 rs from my account from phone pay .amount is deducted from my account also UTR id generated but not showing payment in jio marchent account after 15 I am done another transaction of same rs from my wifes account 2 nd transaction is done and and confirm by jio sales team but till date I am not refund my first transaction money back I am raised 6 SR and take follow of I mail but no one help me
