I booked my ticket on 12july from ranchi to guwahati and ticket got cancelled from goindia airlines and they fully returned amount to travel look company and goindia airlines given mail to me as well as travel look company. I already informed to travel look customer care about this and travel look customer care excutive expect that they received the amount and said amount will be refund very soon but still they not refund.. When we call Every time they said amount will be credit within 2-3days but still not refund my amount Rs. 9317/-…….please help… And take legal action this type company who cheat people…. Please help for refund
