I have applied for new GST registration in E-startup India company on 17/10/2020 and same day they demand 1248.00 Rs. I paid that by my UPI. and after that they demand my details and documents and they create my Id also.
Same day I provide all documents and after that they forgot on 20/10/20 I checked my status on e-startup portal then my status was same as was on 17/10/20 then I give a mail to complete that fast because I have to submit my new GST to my customer for new work order. But E-startup do nothing.
On 22/10/22 I call to there executive Mr. Vijay for what happened then he sorry for delay and tell that he will do today and within 3-4 days GST no will provide me. Then I deny and tell him that no to do anything in my case and leave it. I applied myself on GST portal and on 24/10/20 I got my GST without any problem.
After that E-Startup continue force me to validate Aadhar OTP and accept but I deny and tell them please refund my amount I don’t want there services but they deny and tell that they can not refund.
There on senior person Mr. Milan give me a proposal against my refund for first 2 GST return free of cost. But I deny that I already face problem and loose one order due to E-Startup in future I can not trust on you.
They are not refunding my amount.

Exact Same has happened to me. They are group of unprofessional people, not ready for refund. Cheaters.
Same has happened with me, I have applied AD Code Registration from them. It has been 2 months now, my work has not been done. Very unprofessional. Rakhi is the concern person of Estartup India who stopped receiving a phone call now.
I am going through the same situation at present. They are not professionals and expects us to followup with them to proceed with the request. Such a bad experience from whoever I have interacted from e-startupindia. Their permission to process the GST registration should be revoked because, even after paying 1248 INR for a service that is free, they are delaying the service.
i was about to go with Them to register USA LLC. Can you please suggest me any other Alternate
