I ordered Nokia 225(4G), renewed mobile through Amazon on 20/07/2021 with order number 40753073651167555, price 3098/-, dated 27/07/2021 I have a very old and different type my nokia mobile was received, then i camplain it from amazon they took 4 days to check, amazon customer checked on 01/08/2021 and told that my product will be returned on 02/08/21, 02/08 Product is returned on /21, my product reached Amazon seller on 08/08/21, seller updated that mobile is different, due to which refund will not be given, now Amazon customer care tell me that you are in your 4 days The time taken for checking from 27/07/21 to 01/08/21 was taken to fool the custamber, when you have checked that you have given me a different product, now my 3098 for what // refund is stopped please stop this Fraud with custamber please give me my refund please.
