Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your attention that Travolook.in is a fraud website. They claim to be an aggregator for airlines. I had booked a flight from Jaipur to Bangalore on 06/08/2022 (REF896067182). An amount of Rs.6181 was deducted immediately from my credit card. There after, I received a call from one of their representatives telling me that the amount will be refunded within 15 days. I patiently waited for 15 days and since then, I have been regularly following up with them. I have called them at least 10 times now but every time their representatives would say that the refund has been initiated and the amount would be credited next week. This has become a weekly affair now. It has been 5 weeks now and no refund has been received till date. Looking at other similar complaints, I strongly believe they are doing this on purpose and cheating people and are a fraud company, trying to scam people with their fraud travel website. The representatives wont even connect me to their managers stating that they are not on the floor right now. I feel extremely harassed and want to bring to your attention that such companies must be taken to task and strong legal action must be taken against them.
I’d really appreciate if you can take this matter urgently and resolve.
