Text of Complaint by Shyam Kumar:

I am an airtel customer in Karnataka circle for last 03 years. My mobile number is 9604315031. I have recharged my mobile with unlimited pack of 698 on 02 May and it’s validity is till 26 July. On 21 June I recharged again from my airtel wallet with unlimited pack of 401 with a data of 3GB/day and hotstar activation for 01 year. My transaction ID is 3694067718 and order number is 207214385. And this recharge is not been shown as queued up or is not been shown as currently activated as my data limit is still 2Gb. I am not able to get an answer from your digital self service. Please clarify what happened with that recharge. Thank you
