I had paid full amount last month to postpaid but till now my money has not reflected, and there is no option of partial payment nor EMI in postpaid, for this I had raised complaint from last 3 months but no solution Received till now, my full money has been blocked on every 7th, I am from very middle class family, I can’t pay full money at once, also no facility is being given in postpaid, neither I can’t recharge as well as can’t pay any type of bill, this issue given me a lot of mental pressure from last 3 month, I request you to kindly resolve this issue, and I have paid Rs.48260 last month but it has been deducted and till now it has not been reflected to my account, kindly resolved this issue
