I have ported my number from idea to airtel in october. it was working for one month and suddenly disconnected. When I checked with airtel they says there is pending payment with idea. When i checked with idea, they says there is no pending. I got a bill says that and submitted to airtel office. Then they issued a new sim. But still it is not getting connected. not able to connect to network.
For this I have visited airtel office in Kadavathra, kochi for more than 10 times and visited Idea office for 4 times. Still there is no solution.
My wife is using this number as official number for her Government job duty. She have getting lot of complaints from senior /directorate office as she is not available on this number.
So, Kindly advice how to sole this issue, and solution happened for the damage of her job.
