- i have complaint that i have not received any refund or my parcel from sellers side when i talk to shiprocket customer care service center they say they will not give me proof of lost parcel and refund initiated to my seller and seller is saying that he has not received refund yet and shiprocket is not giving me proof. 141123207906999
xpressbess this is awb number if i does not get any proof of recipt of refund inititated to seller i will take legal action in consumer protection court against shiprocket
