Dear Sir,
I have Tata Sky set top box which is used by since more than one year. Recently, I have made payment of Rs.529/- on 29th Jan, 2020 vide transaction id no-RSBI8469278961IGAHZKLIA3 of SBI, Townhall branch of District- Shahjahanpur of UP to recharge monthly package being used regularly on my Tata ske ID No- 1223813021 in my name Chandra Prakash Pandey. But till now my Tata sky id has not been recharged.
So kindly look into the matter, redress the complaint at the earliest.
