- I bought new phone Samsung m11 on date 13-07-2020 . And on date 30-07-2020 my airtel sim block automatically by airtel . Then I go to airtel store and took a new sim of my same mobile no. After that sim installation when someone called me I found that my phone is receiving double call from same no. And I am facing problem to attained the call. Call is going automatic cut . When I call to customer care they are saying that if your sim having any problem for attaining call then go again to airtel store and buy new sim again. And they will charge again for sim . I have called to Samsung customer care they also have said that the problem is not your handset. And airtel is also doing the same. And I am facing problem.
