Dear Airtel Team,
It is after facing sever issues with Airtel that I am writing this to you.
I just do not recieve quality wifi speeds as Airtel promised on phone or my Airtel routers (I have two of them).
Even if the phone is showing 4G connection, the videos still take require time for loading (this is when vidoe is on 720p).
With 4G in place the videos shouldn’t take so much time to load. (Yes, I am using one plus 5T, it is 4G compatible).
Even the routers I am using are very slow and by no means provide speeds that they are supposed to.
I am really upset using Airtel and having this type of service. I wonder if I should change from Airtel or if they are ever going to provide good service?
