Text of Complaint by NEHA VERMA:

I have ordered two dresses(kurti) from stylofebri for myself as there was no COD so I have done online payment using my upi I’d and I received an email of the confirmation of my order. But I didn’t got any tracking ID or something for my order after few days I received a text message claiming that I would receive my order on 15th of July but now I have neither received my order nor I have got any response from them. They are not even available for us once you have done the payment I don’t know how many innocent people are scammed by these online sites.
