I have booked a flight to Goa & return on 25th July 2022.
They cancelled the ticket as soon as I booked it and gave a reason that the flight is full so we need to cancel the ticket. I was promised that the amount will be credited into my account within 10 working days.
We are on the 12th of August and yet after repeated follow ups they say that that it will be credited by next week due to technical reasons.
Request to look into the same urgently.
