Respected sir/madam,
I have booked a flight using travolook website on 7th july from mumbai to bangalore. After doing successful payment, I waited for few seconds and message came your flight tickets got cancelled due to PNR didn’t get generate. I called them at the same time. They said within 7 to 10 working days refund will be credited. Till today I have not received my refund. I am continuously calling customer service and talked to their escalation team every day but same answer they give that it is in process. Kindly wait. I have checked the Facebook profile of travolook and I found they have done the same cheating with other customers too. They don’t refund the money. Kindly help me to get my refund.
