I made a payment by Paytm for purchase of earpods and a payment was deducted by payumn order id no 17155819358 dated 10/4/2023 for Rs 286 and a confirmation was received that the payment is successful and the payment is credited to the vendor but till date not receiving the item.
I have received in my mobile phone in message box daily 5-6 no of message from PAYUMN as ”we resolve your ticket regarding other with ticket id GI9505037457 but till date my issue not resolve.
