Dear Sir / Madam,
I am not receiving any SMS since 27-Jan-2021 and subsequently not receiving any incoming call from any other network provider since 29-Jan-2021.
First i have registered complain on 27-Jan-2021 for not receiving any SMS and subsequently for the incoming call on 29-Jan-2021 through their customer service. But every time they are saying there is some network issue and will be resolved within this time that time etc. But till today i have not received any confirmation. Now they are saying it will be resolved by 8-Feb-2021. It is really absurd. My whole work depends on the mobile and even i am not able to do any transaction as not receiving OTP as well.
