i received product on 30 oct from amazon a phon cost 26999..but the handset was missing from that..i made complaint atonce on 30th..they asked time upto 5th nov..i waited for 5th..now i am calling them they r saying we r helpless..we cant do anything in this matter..we neither can replace nor can we return.
i have not received handset..i want my miney back..
