I purchased as Redmi Note9 Pro Max on 31st October, I received the phone, purchased a new Airtel Sim, inserted the Sim into the new phone and recharged for Rs 292 pack. As per the offer, I am supposed to receive double data benefit for the pack for 10 recharges. But I have not received that, I contacted amazon, they asked me to contact Airtel, I talked to senior executives of Airtel, one executive Mr Babu Ghosh, said that the offer is not applicable for my phone, while another executive Mr Md. said that my complaint is valid and they will provide me update within 72 hours. No such update received from Airtel although 5 days over. I have the screenshot of the offer from Amazon site while I purchased the phone. I want my grievance redressed.
