I had to recieve a courrier contains books which the order had been placed on 18th and the book seller couriered me book on 18th via DTDC, and the DTDC people have sent it from Delhi to Mysore and it’s been stuck at Mysore. I have spoken to customer care twice and they said you will recieve it shortly three days back and it’s showing not deliverable in their website.
I have also sent them Mail regarding this thrice and haven’t received any reply or there is no communication from DTDC why am I not reciving the package and they are not telling about when will it be delivered. PLEASE KINDLY HELP
