Text of Complaint by Subhrajyoti Kar:

I have purchased a few items from Homecentre Store (Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd.), Sarath City Mall, Hyderabad, Amount: 78300/- on 28/12/2019 with my HDFC Credit Card.

I was promised to get 10% cashback within 90 days of my purchase but till today 26/08/2020. I didn’t get.

When I contacted the Merchant HomeCentre they are saying repeatedly that this was a generic offer from HDFC Bank & they don’t have anything pending from their end.

But HDFC Bank representative Angelin J is keeping me on loop for more than months now saying Merchant has not verified the transaction.
I am raising this complaint as I don’t know who is Lying here and trying to harass the customer & so that the Bank & HomeCentre take full responsibility to provide my cashback as promised. I have been following up on this for months on HomeCentre official mail (help@homecentre.in) & HDFC Escalation team (escalation.cc@hdfcbank.com) but no resolution yet.
