I have ordered a tab Wizpad z1 pro (order number – 2121729625) on 12.08.20 estimated amount Rs.3999 and it was paid immediately. After i received the product on 17.08.2020, i had a huge shock when opened. It’s not the product which I ordered and received BSNL penta which is a used one with dirt which is not even turned on and charger cable is also not working.  It gives me deep anguish and mental stress. How foolishly we have been given the old used one and not even turned on. When tried to contact the mail , the mail was not delivered as the given mail is a failure one. Kindly make necessary steps to refund my money or deliver the tab which I ordered. Here with attached the proof of the defective product
