I purchased a new Vi sim card on 19th Jan 2024 for 299 INR. They promised to deliver the sim within 24 hours. Today it is 13th Feb but I’ve not been contacted by Vi regarding the delivery. It seems like they don’t care about delivery the sim as the payment has already been done.
