I cancelled my jio fiber connection before the one month trial pack. On 25/08/2021 I surrendered my router and an engineer took all my bank details. I received a mail regarding the confirmation of pickup and it also mentioned that the security deposit of Rs. 1500 will be refunded in 7-14 days. Today its 08/09/2021 and I have not received any online paymet or transaction from JIO. I have even tried contacting the customer care but their customer care number doesn’t give the option to talk to their executives to those who have cancelled their product.
