I had booked the tickets 2 days back from Mumbai to Goa and was told I would get my refund within 48hrs but till now it’s not processed in my account. When I was checking the booking confirmation number on the website it is showing wrong number. My booking confirmation number is REF432353147. Please initiate the refund as soon as possible as I can’t wait anymore.
