As i am a tour operator and booked 46 seats in the same flight 12 seats through trujet web and 19 through ixigo and 15 through via.com and the airlines cancelled the flight because of corona virus breakout and the trujet and ixigo have refunded my amout to my bank account.But i have not received the refund booked through via.com and i enquired the airlines abouy my refund the responce was that the airlines have refunded the amount to via.com. But on my continuous e mails and call the via.com has not giving me the responce by mail or by customer care the booking id are as follows.FMNLA3AMD69XG, FMNLA3A9CCODO, FMNLA3AAYWW3D, FMNLA3AAZ1P1K,FMNAA3ATW0P67.
