Text of Complaint by Tanusree Chakraborty:

I have ordered some products from Nykaa on 10th May which were supposed to get delivered within 2 days. They failed to deliver. Then I contacted again on 16th May to cancel the order. They have informed the refund will be initiated within the next 24-48 hours. Since then no response received from them. Then again I have contacted on 23rd May they still have said it will again take 24-48 hours for the refund to get initiated and then after 5 business days I would get my refund. There’s been 48 hours and still the refund has not initiated. Awful customer service. Denied to compensate me and log any complaint. They only raised a ticket and then closed the ticket as resolved without informing me. I want my money back.
