I have placed order for two tops from a boutique called Zuhriya through instagram On 18th july though i have made the main payment of 2000 on 14th as they responded after 18th only, i have made the payment of shipping charges on 18th. The expected date of delivery was between 65-70 days. But till now i havent received any product/ my money back. I tried contacting them multiple times. In nov they said it will be delivered in 3 weeks. But no update after that. Recently when i contacted them they asked me to share my google pay number. Till now no money also has been credited to my bank account. They have disable the comment option in instagram so that no one will talk about this. It seems many have been cheated by them

Same here my order is pending since Feb 2022 – 4200 pending … when I started calling them often last two weeks they are asking Google pay number but they won’t send you refund .. They are cheating customers
me too facing the same issue i order on jan 17 and they texted back until payment after that they are not replying and all their numbers are fake
I also have same experience. They are are not responding to messages.
Have been facing the same the same issue.I have ordered products from zuhriyaa’s Instagram page on 23 June,2022.today is 2nd Jan,2023,been more than 6 months and still not received the product.Have been trying to call them and sending texts via SMS and Instagram DMs innumberable times ,but had received no response.
I am facing problem with Zuhriya as i have given order on july end 2022 and today January 6 th not received yet. I have paid 3200 rupees for baptism saree and 1460 for kurtha . Main thing i didn’t get saree for Baptism.
