I ordered couple of clothes from Myntra around Aug 5 2022. They delivered a package at my home out of which there was one Item which is Men Charcoal Grey Slim Fit Mid Rise light Fade Jeans was not delivered to me and they marked it as delivered and I called them with in 10 or 15 mins. They opened the complaint and closed it on 8/8/2022 mentioning that they delivered the product and they was no issue from there side. I spoke to the supervisor and he kept on repeating the same thing and was adamant that there was no issue from there side.
I did not make any video while opening the product, but the product was delivered for sure.
