I ordered piegon 30 liters OTG in Amazon on may 4,2023 and supposed to receive on May 9 ,2023 at 9 pm .i purchased it for gifting for my friends married.i was waiting for my delivery on May 9.but i didn’t received the delivery so i tried to contact delivery agent and they didn’t responded me so i called customer care at 10 pm they asked me to wait till 10.20 and suddenly i received the mail stating that my order as been cancelled and so i called customer care of Amazon they told me that the item has been damaged and simply asked me to order again.i literally didn’t understand cause i purchased that to gift tomorrow atleast if the goods got damaged they need to inform me in prior so that i can go and buy in near by shops .they told me at 11 pm that too i asked the customer care and they ask me to reorder moreover it’s mistake from ur side so u need to take action but they are asking me to reorder so that i again need to wait till 7 days to receive my order idk simply feel like a fool.atleast they can take necessary steps but simply asking me to reorder idk what to do
