Text of Complaint by Niyati Salkar:

I had ordered a watch from Amazon on 19 July 2022. But the watch had some problem in charging . So within the warranty period I had claimed for warranty and gave my watch to global computer services for replacement on 26 June 2023

They said i will receive the new product within 30 days . It’s been almost 2 months I haven’t got any notification regarding my product yet. I tried calling them but they said that they had already sent the product to the company and dint received any new replacement back .I hope you will look into this matter as soon as possible and will soon deliver my new product to global computer services ( above mentioned address)
