Text of Complaint by Joshit Jain:

I had cancelled my JioFiber Service ID 300277135414 days before the one month free trial period. Though I received a mail regarding Rs.500 refund but that too almost after a month. Still my Rs.1000 are not credited to my account. I hope if Jio has my bank account details, so it has to use it for refund purpose and not just for the sake of keeping someone’s data. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
