Dear Sir,
I am Pranali. I have ordered for a dress in the month of July 2023. I received the old used and different pattern dress hence I had to go for the exchange of dress. The parcel was picked up by my end but haven’t received the exchange yet, the expected delivery was 3rd of August 2023. When I track the product it is stuck somewhere in BEngaluru.

Today when I contacted Meesho about complaint status, they said due to their technical issue the complaints have closed. Without solving the query how can you guys close?? he registered complaint again with

I am keep on complaining but havent got any update, I want the refund of the product which is not received.
