We had ordered two sharara sets on 9th September,2022. The confirmation code was 3699. 

Our shipment id:- WSPC1055777572 FROM Pickrr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was delivered today by an EKART WishMart.
Given below is the reference of the order we had placed. But we have not received the same.We would like to know the return policy. We have paid through cash on delivery . Instead we have received the saree. The picture of the same is shared as attachments. Payment is made of Rs 1840 .Hoping to hear from you soon and expect your kind response.The items ordered are as follows:
