I had given an order for a boat earbuds and paid for it online and i received an confirmation email that the payment had been done, but the email regarding the shipment and when it was going to be dispatched never came even 2 days after i had given the payment. I wrote a mail to them but I never received any reply. My product was never delivered and also my money was wasted.
