I had a booking for 9:30am and when i came to pickup the car there was no key in the car, i called the helpline and they picked up after 45mins of waiting and told they will relocate. After waiting for nearly 2 hours , i get a call from zoomcar and they say pickup another car from kokapet which is very far from Banjara hills which was my pickup location. I cancel the booking and yet didn’t receive any refund.
