Hello Team,

This is to bring into your notice, i haven’t received the broadband bill for April month -2020 after doing multiple follow-ups from last 1 week with Airtel customer care, i have not got any proper solution, they are only making excuses & false commitments on every call. With each passing day they are testing my patience and i am fed up by the service they are providing. I am using Airtel from last 7 years & being a loyal customer, i am facing this kind of issue. Request you to please look into this concern at the earliest.
