I have ordered (order #OD13734 , From Family mart , MH enterprises) through Facebook ads. It was Foldable multi pocket water proof bag (Buy 1 get 1 free) @ Rs 1099/- with COD. But when the parcel was delivered to me it has only one bag which was also in different colour not one purchased or mentioned in invoice. But in the parcel package It was written quantity – 2. I ordered on 4.01.24and the same day i received a call from them asking me to confirm my order. I received my parcel on 14th Dec 2023. I tried contacting on that number but no response was there.
