Booking ID : JPS6NDOEM Refund Amount : 4264
I am waiting for my refund over more than 1 month. First of all my booking was suddenly canceled due to last moment vehicle breakdown and it ruined all my plan for the day. Now my refund also not processed, It’s my money and as per the zoomcar policy it should be withing 30 days refunded. I am not sure what the hell is going on with my money. It should be strict action against such kind of company. How Goverment can allow such kind of company to still working. All the vehicle belong to this company should be detained immediately.
