Sir,
I stopped class of Whitehat Jr and asking for refund but they just giving fake payment details and not giving bank name from which they paid Monday, they just cheating me from 3 months, I have asked many times in my bank but there is no money receive. Whitehat Jr. Just saying only one thing we paid money. And not giving any bank details.
Dear Sir, I had cancelled the online classes after 1-2 classes attended by my 8th class daughter on 6 June 2022. WhitehatJr representative Mr Himanshu Rane said no problem we would cancelled the classes and will refund the amount which they charged from. WhitehatJr Kindly refund my money.
I have not received my refund yet from Whitehat Jr. My son had enrolled for Guitar classes which he stopped and then the team initiated a refund on Sep 6. They mentioned that the process will take 10-12 days. Its almost going to be 4 weeks now I have been doing multiple follow ups. No update reg. my refund yet
WhitehatJr and their finance partner Financepeer has been harassing me for the payment of course which has not been attended by my child. I have made several request to them via email to look into the matter and resolve it but there has been no positive reply and have been receiving harassment calls from their end for the payment of dues and the loan amount is reflecting against my name. Kindly help
