on 28th September i booked ticket from bhubaneswar to Bangalore for amount 5563. After ticket booking i got mail that your booking got cancelled due to operational issue and refund amount 5563 will be credited to your account by 5-7 working days.After that i called 6-8 time to there customer care executive but each time they are promising me that you will get your refund by 2-3 working days but its not happening.Can you please help me to get my money back
