I have booked a ticket on Travolook website on 16-05-2022 (Reference No.: REF740727431). Ticket was not confirmed and I received an email that ticket was cancelled due to operational reasons and I will get my refund in 10-15 working days as per Cancellation/Refund policy.
When I didn’t receive my refund even after 15 days, I contacted on Customer Care via phone and email. After many follow-ups, they confirmed that they are not able to issue refund to original payment method and need my bank details to issue refund via NEFT. I have shared Bank details also but still no refund. They are just using these tricks to just delay refunds.
Now it is already 3 months but still waiting for my refund. Every time, they will say that you will get your refund in 5-6 working days but all are the false promises.
