Text of Complaint by SWAM SINDHU:

I have not received my Refund and it’s more than 25 days. My booking was cancelled on 22nd November from BLR TO DEL. My amount is 3640/-. Whenever I call them they ask me to wait for 3-5 working days. My reference id is REF645860196. I request you refund the amount. I will never contact in future for any enquiry. On 3rd December it was said that I will receive my Refund my Monday i.e. 06th December somehow in any situation and ow they are again asking me to wait for 3-5 more days.
