I had made the payment on 1st July against my Citibank credit card but its got failed and the amount got debited from my account, so had requested the CRED Support team to refund the amount and on the same day 1st July they raised a refund request but today is 8th July and till date amount has not been credited into my account, even i had contacted with the support team on 7th July , they told it will get credited today but the amount did not got credited.
